Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to:

• failure to pick up the shipment,

• refusal to accept the package,

additional shipping costs may apply for resending the order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We do not accept liability for packages that are marked as delivered but cannot be located.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include photos of the damage.
